Have these handy
- Your date (or a couple of options)
- Venue or city
- Rough guest count
- The vibe you want
Send those and you get availability and a quote back, usually within a day. Wedding package prices are listed on the Weddings page.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular summer and fall Saturdays go 9 to 14 months out. Weeknights, winter and shorter-notice dates are often open, so it never hurts to ask. A signed agreement and retainer lock your date.
What does it cost?
Weddings are two packages: Reception Only at $800 and The Full Day at $1,200. Every other kind of event is quoted on the venue, the hours and what the night needs. Send your date and details through Check Your Date and you will get real numbers back, usually within a day, with no sales call required.
Do you take requests?
Yes. Before the event you share your must-plays and do-not-plays, and on the night guests can request in person. Manny blends requests into the set when they fit the room, and steers around the ones that would kill the floor.
Do you MC as well as DJ?
Yes. Grand entrances, toasts, the cake, the last dance, every announcement is handled with energy and without the cheese. If you would rather keep the mic time minimal, that works too.
What kind of music do you play?
Open format. Hip-hop, Latin, reggaeton, cumbia, country, pop, throwbacks, house and whatever your crowd needs. Sets are mixed live, not played off a playlist, and adjusted to how the room is moving.
Do you bring your own sound and lighting?
Always. Concert-grade speakers sized to the venue, wireless mics for announcements and toasts, dance-floor lighting and backup gear for all of it.
How early do you arrive?
Typically 90 minutes to two hours before guests, longer for full productions. Everything is set, sound-checked and looking right before the first person walks in.
How much space and power do you need?
A roughly 8 by 6 foot area near the dance floor and one standard outlet on its own circuit. A six-foot table and skirt are nice to have but not required. Manny will confirm details with your venue.
Do you travel outside the Treasure Valley?
Yes. Sun Valley, McCall, Twin Falls, eastern Oregon and beyond are all on the table.
Is there a travel fee?
Euphoric Events is based in Boise, Idaho, so weddings and events located more than two hours of driving time from Boise are subject to an additional $200 travel fee. For locations that require more than two hours of driving each way, overnight accommodations, significant additional travel, or air travel, additional travel expenses may apply. Those are discussed with you and agreed on in advance, and are based on the reasonable and fair cost of the required travel. Any travel fee that applies is communicated and approved before you book, so there are no unexpected charges.
Are you insured?
Yes, with liability coverage, and a certificate of insurance is available for venues that require one.
What happens if something breaks?
Nobody notices. Every event travels with a spare controller, spare cables and a spare mic, and the setup is designed so a single failure never stops the music.
Can we meet before booking?
Of course. A short intro call or coffee in Boise is the best way to know if the vibe is right. Use Check Your Date and mention you would like to talk first.
Let's make it euphoric.
Your date is waiting.
Tell Manny the date and the room. Availability and real numbers come back usually within a day, no sales call required.
